Working Hours

Anytime between 8 am-8 pm (Mon-Sat) Our clinics are open 12 hours per day. You select the hours you prefer.

  • Remote


Preferred but not essential: in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer relations, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong organizational abilities, including time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and database management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $75,000 + Super & Bonus

Role Overview

The NDIS Customer Relations team at Soaring Health, play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with support coordinators to promote our services and facilitate the referral process. Your primary responsibility will be to arrange meetings, both virtual and face-to-face, with support coordinators, ensuring they are informed about our services, current availability, and guiding them through the online referral process. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and ensuring efficient coordination between support coordinators and our organization.

What you will do:

Meeting Scheduler
Arrange virtual or face-to-face meetings with support coordinators to introduce our services.
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring availability and accommodating support coordinators' preferences.
Manage a calendar of appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
Service Promotion
Communicate effectively the benefits and features of Soaring Health NDIS services to support coordinators.
Provide detailed information about our current availability and any updates or changes in services.
Address any queries or concerns raised by support coordinators regarding our services.
Referral Process Support
Guide support coordinators through the online referral form process, ensuring smooth completion.
Provide assistance and clarification on any technical or procedural aspects of the referral process.
Ensure accurate and complete submission of referral forms, adhering to organizational guidelines.
Database Management
Maintain a comprehensive database of support coordinators, their contact information, and meeting history.
Update records regularly to reflect the latest interactions and outcomes of meetings.
Generate reports and insights from the database to assess meeting effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Relationship Building
Cultivate strong and positive relationships with support coordinators, serving as a primary point of contact.
Actively listen to their feedback and suggestions, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Seek opportunities to enhance collaboration and mutual understanding between support coordinators and our organization.
