Our Speech Therapy provides services in our local community for all client types including paediatrics and adults for services such as:
- assessment and treatment of their speech
- language and swallowing problems
- neurological changes following injury such as:
- stroke
- head injury
- surgery
- congenital disability
- ageing
We offer treatment to individuals or group sessions depending on client types and goals.
Our Speech Pathologists can assist clients with:
- Speech clarity, finding the right words to say, difficulty expressing needs or ideas
- Understanding other’s speech
- Difficulty with reading and writing
- Difficulty with memory, social skills as they relate to using language
- Difficulty with swallowing food or liquid, choking or coughing during mealtimes
- Carers needs for information/advice
