Provisional and General Psychologists are trained in supporting young people and their families with a range of services. Our Psychology team is trained in providing various types of assessments for all client types including children, teens and adults. We also offer services such as coping, friendship-making, managing with stress and anxiety, self-esteem, study and learning skills, parenting, positive behaviour support, and social skills.
Our clinic offers assessments for children, adolescents and adults that address questions about progress in learning, behaviour, achievement, development and self-management. Clients may have difficulties in intellectual functioning, learning, memory, academic ability, attention and concentration that relate to specific learning disorders, intellectual developmental disorder, or other developmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder or attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
We ensure that a thorough assessment is conducted, followed by a feedback session and a report from all our Psych staff when seeing our clients. Our work is always evidence-based for all individual and group interventions.
